Buyers receive Rivian Rewards points based on the configured trim — 500 points for Tri or Quad Motor, 250 points for Dual Large or Max, or 100 points for Dual Standard — plus 3 months of complimentary Adventure Network charging. The code applies automatically at checkout — no signup, no fees, no impact on the vehicle price.

Rewards points and the 3-month charging credit are credited to your Rivian Rewards account within 2 weeks of your vehicle delivery.

No. The federal $7,500 Clean Vehicle Credit and the commercial lease loophole both expired September 30, 2025 under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. For Rivians ordered or delivered in 2026, no federal vehicle purchase credit is available. The referral code is separate from third-party programs like the Costco Auto Program ($1,000–$5,000) and state credits such as Colorado's, and typically combines with those. Whether it combines with Rivian's own promotional financing, lease cash, or other Rivian-run offers can vary by program terms — confirm current stacking rules with your sales advisor at configuration. Not for earning points yet. As of Rivian's current Rewards program terms, only new R1T and R1S orders earn referral points — R2 reservations and configurations don't currently qualify. You can still spend points you've already earned toward an R2 purchase, the Gear Shop, or select accessories. There's no downside to entering code RICK4348389 on an R2 order in case the program expands, but budget for it not to pay out today. If you want the referral reward now, an R1S or R1T order is the way to get it.

Rivian Rewards points are redeemable in the Rivian Gear Shop (apparel, gear, accessories), the R1 Shop (vehicle accessories and add-ons), toward an R2 purchase, and toward Adventure Network charging credits. Rivian periodically expands the redemption catalog, so check the Rewards tab in the Rivian app for current options.
